Keynote Speech: Make Wellness a Priority to improve Productivity
Why are businesses and HR managers introducing Corporate Wellness for their employees to boost productivity?
The verdict is out. According to Mercer’s 2022 Global Talent Trends Study, one in five Singaporeans feel de-energised at work; 85% of employees feel at risk of burnout this year; and 50% of Singaporeans intend to leave their jobs in the next 6 to 12 months. All of these findings directly affect productivity.
Corporate Wellness is the solution to boosting productivity. Find out why, what and how in this session as Alex Loh shares more strategies through his story-telling.
