01

Keynote Speech: Make Wellness a Priority to improve Productivity

Why are businesses and HR managers introducing Corporate Wellness for their employees to boost productivity?

The verdict is out. According to Mercer’s 2022 Global Talent Trends Study, one in five Singaporeans feel de-energised at work; 85% of employees feel at risk of burnout this year; and 50% of Singaporeans intend to leave their jobs in the next 6 to 12 months. All of these findings directly affect productivity.

Corporate Wellness is the solution to boosting productivity. Find out why, what and how in this session as Alex Loh shares more strategies through his story-telling.

02

Panel Discussion: The role of HR and Management in creating a healthy workplace culture

A healthy workplace culture is essential for employee engagement, productivity, and retention. HR and management play a critical role in creating a healthy workplace culture. Join us to learn more about how HR and management can create a workplace where employees feel valued and respected, and where they can do their best work.
